Mm, this reminds me of a movie I once saw where the man stabbed a young girl in the stomach and choked her with her intestines while fucking the hole. It's been so long I have no idea where it was posted.
The abdominal cavity would produce the most desirable feeling seeing as how most of the thoracic organs don't have much of a give to them unless you stabbed through. I've read people fantasizing about fucking the brain but it'd be kinda like jello.
